Chris Mortimer

Prior to 2006, I worked as a Plant Manager for a multinational corporation. My interests are lifelong learning, continuous improvement, team working and leadership. I took voluntary redundancy in 2003, starting my first degree in English Literature, graduating with a First in 2006. I am at present working on my PhD in Business management, which is an examination of the social construct of leadership in UK management literature.
