Harry Potter and the Leadership Challenge

Leadership is one of the most discussed and researched phenomena in Business Studies, yet there still is no clear and agreed definition or image of what a good leader is, using leadership traits defined by the recently completed Globe research study (The Global Leadership and Organizational Behaviour Effectiveness Research Project), and those from a currently influential paper by Collins called 'The Level Five Leader'. The conference participants will identify leadership traits in Harry Potter and develop a future definition of leadership for the twenty-first century, based on how youngsters may perceive, experience, and perform this role.
