Philippa A. (Pip) Downs

Pip Downs has been involved in Harry Potter fandom since 2001. As well as providing the most contentious post (#39662) in the history of the online group Harry Potter for Grownups (post #39237 is worth a look as well), she was junior Defence counsel in Accio 2005's Snape trial and is the current Treasurer for Accio 2008. She trained as an actor and has appeared on both stage and screen. Academically, she recently graduated with a BSc from the Open University.
